Amildham Tamil School, Manchester. focuses on teaching Tamil language, literature, and culture to the children at different age groups as well as adults. Amildham is a place where teachers work voluntarily to create rich, engaged learning and teaching experiences; the centre increases student success, builds vital community partnerships, and invites individuals to become members of an intellectually diverse, active learning community. Amildham aims at providing opportunities for the Tamil Communities living in the United Kingdom as well as others interested in learning Tamil and acquiring knowledge of the history, arts, literature and culture of the Tamils.
Amildham is a recognised Study and Test centre for Tamilnadu Government established Tamil Virtual Academy.
Amildham offers academic programmes in Tamil Language, Literature and Culture for audit or credit and to award appropriate Certificate / Diploma / Degree on completion of requirement prescribed from Tamilnadu Govt., established Tamil academy.

Our Vision
Our Vision To encourage children to learn Tamil language and rich traditions of Tamil culture and enable community integration. To Enhance Tamil language and cultural values while empowering our youths to develop into the future leaders with social and culturally conscious. To provide pupils with a solid foundation in all four language skills which includes reading, writing, speaking and listening and to conduct the cultural education to the children. To provide international research-led education in Tamil language through computing technology.
